In this build, simply put, we are trying to ball out with Moira. That means we are using Biotic Orb on cooldown all game to keep allies healthy and pester enemies. This is done by focusing on Ability Items and eventually scaling into larger items like Champions Kit.
This build really gets online in Round 3 when you combine Cross-Orbal with Multiball, which has you throwing out four Biotic Orbs with every use. Once you have these two Powers, look to get more active, whereas previously you could play a bit more passively.
Other items that give you cooldown reduction can be nice to supplement the core items listed above, but otherwise more Ability points will continue to help you heal and damage just about everyone.
